3.1 Order Placement
Orders may be placed by contacting us via the Website’s contact form, phone (+65 8885 5019), WhatsApp, or email (info@thefreshlabel.co). All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Fresh Label. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided upon inquiry and is subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted are valid only at the time of confirmation and may vary depending on market conditions, species availability, seasonal factors, and order volume. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Order Confirmation
An order is not considered confirmed until you receive written or verbal acknowledgment from The Fresh Label. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a confirmed order in the event of supply disruption, pricing error, or force majeure circumstances, with prompt notification to the Customer.
3.4 Minimum Orders
The Fresh Label may impose minimum order quantities or values at its discretion. Any applicable minimums will be communicated to you at the time of inquiry or order.
4.1 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of order. The Fresh Label reserves the right to require advance payment or a deposit for new customers or large orders.
4.2 Payment Due Date
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon delivery or on the terms specified in your invoice. The Fresh Label reserves the right to impose credit terms on a case-by-case basis for established wholesale accounts.
4.3 Late Payment
Any outstanding invoices not settled by the due date may be subject to late payment charges and may result in suspension of future orders until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4.4 Disputes
Any billing disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the invoice.
5.1 Delivery Area
Delivery is available within Singapore only, subject to accessibility of the delivery address. Delivery to specific areas may be subject to additional conditions or charges.
5.2 Delivery Schedule
Delivery times are scheduled based on mutual agreement between you and The Fresh Label. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Cold Chain Integrity
The Fresh Label uses refrigerated cold-chain logistics to maintain product quality during transit. Upon delivery, the Customer is responsible for receiving and storing products in appropriate refrigerated conditions immediately. Risk of deterioration in product quality passes to the Customer upon delivery.
5.4 Delivery Acceptance
The Customer or an authorised representative must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, The Fresh Label reserves the right to charge for the attempted delivery and reschedule at the Customer’s expense.
6.1 Quality Standards
The Fresh Label is certified by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and adheres to applicable food safety and quality standards. All seafood products are manually graded, inspected, and processed before delivery.
6.2 Farmed Seafood
Products supplied by The Fresh Label are primarily farmed seafood imported from various international sources. While we endeavour to source the highest quality products available each season, natural variations in size, colour, and appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Any claims regarding product quality, quantity discrepancies, or delivery errors must be raised at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt, supported by photographic evidence where applicable. The Fresh Label will not accept claims raised after this period. Accepted claims may be resolved through replacement, credit note, or refund at The Fresh Label’s sole discretion.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice.
16.3 Mediation & Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to refer the matter to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), and if mediation fails, to final and binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of proceedings shall be English.
16.4 Jurisdiction
Notwithstanding the above, The Fresh Label reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
